@ryanwho said:100% chance "Clash of Kings" comes up prominently as an episode title, probably multipart, probably the last 3 episodes or so. Yes its a better title. Its the least bad title of every Song book title. When you consider some of the later titles, however, sticking with Game of Thrones makes sense.I'm trying to recall if there's ever been a TV show where each season got its own subtitle. ...

I just love that look Tywin is giving in the beginning. Absolutely perfect casting for the Lannister men.

Damn, apparently "The Master" is an early 2013 release. I thought 2012 was going to see new flicks from Tarantino, Nolan, and PT Anderson, which would have made me melt.I hate to give such an unimaginative pick, but I just cannot wait to see what Tom Hardy does in The Dark Knight Rises.

@PenguinDust: He seemed pretty nutty in that Shatner doc, but I can't be sure he wasn't just trolling him.But yes, The Sisko is my pick.

Quiz Show - 3/5Well acted (for the most part) and somewhat interesting, but the film seemed to be trying to find deeper meaning and symbolism in this story, and largely came up empty.

Not gonna lie, I've been training for my first marathon in November, and I begin and end each run by punching up "Gonna Fly Now" on the iPod.Actually it's going to be the Philadelphia Marathon, which starts and ends at the foot of the Philly Museum of Art, so you had better believe I'm running those damn steps.

@Black_Rose said:Dear Zachary is by far the best and most emotional documentary I've ever seen.Oh God, I was listening to Filmspotting last year when they did their "Top 5 Tearjerkers" list, and one of the voicemails mentioned that this movie should have been on there. So, I think to myself, "super sad movie, eh? I see it's on Netflix streaming. Gimme your best shot!" I was in tears in the first ...

Well, Errol Morris is probably as good a place to start as any. "The Thin Blue Line" is his masterpiece and can be streamed (runner-up would be "The Fog of War"), though pretty much any of them are incredibly engrossing.Another on streaming that I enjoyed immensely was "Street Fight," about an incredibly dirty campaign for mayor of Newark. And there's always "Exit Through the Gift Shop," my favorite film of 2010.

LibraryDues commented on Alex's staff review Warrior .
It was weird looking at the reviews for this one because they tended to read like raves, but then give a score of 3/4, or something.Having seen it, I completely understand now. My thought process watching it was basically "I don't buy any of this for a moment, but damn, I'm emotionally invested in it." Great review, Alex. Really hope people see this one since it's kind of bombing, but ...

I loved Warrior. 4 stars, loses one for the cliched storyline/implausibility, but the acting from the three leads was just superb (well, four leads. I think Tom Hardy's traps deserve their own billing) and the story really hit the right emotional notes. The ending was just perfect, and tugged at the heartstrings without ever seeming exploitative or cheap. I'm tempted to go again, just for how great the climax was.Hell, ...

LibraryDues replied to the topic Whole, 2%, 1%, or Skim? on the Milk board.
Well, I grew up with my mom buying skim, so the other kinds taste weird to me. Since the non-weird-tasting one happens to be the healthiest, I do not see this as a problem.
