Michael Bay Hates Your Childhood, Says His Ninja Turtles Are No Longer "Teenage Mutant".
TMNT is worth seeking out, but you won't hate it if you watch it. I'm fine with this, even though it seems silly to me. And I was right in the age range where the Turtles were the coolest thing ever.

John Carter Is Now Officially The Biggest Bomb Of All Time.
I saw it and thought it was a pretty good action movie, if the acting was a little wooden. I had absolutely no interest in going beforehand, I only went because I got into a free screening.

As I used Giantbomb more frequently than Screened I'm not that upset about the switch for you, you've always felt appropriate over there. I'll miss the box office number roundups for sure though.

Just got back from it, loved it. The found footage stuff is kinda tacked in, buuuuut I don't think it would've worked as well without it. It makes it feel less ridiculous unless you're the type of person that can't enjoy a movie that makes little mistakes.

It seems like a not as good, or at least a tamer version of Battle Royale to me. I haven't read the books though, is it significantly different or can I just buy the blu-ray of BR next month?

Does Harry Potter Indicate That 3D Has "Collapsed" In The U.S.?
on the 3D board.
I thought Transformers was alright in 3-D. I wasn't mad that I saw HP in 3-D but it wasn't worth it. Those may be the only 2 movies I've seen in 3-D this year
