This is so insulting to The Rock to put it in the same sentence as that movie. That thing look so shitty. Like you said, it looks like a scify original movie or something like that. Ewww

Let me guess..so the reason they switched Watson to a female is because they want to entertain for a couple of seasons the "will-they-won't-they" like Rorie says but they just can't accept the idea of showing a potential gay relationship on tv...sigh

Just came back from the theater and LOVED IT! I am so glad that we finally have a great action movie that doesn't use the stupid shaky cam for every action shot. Feels like it's the first one in the last ten years! Also I noticed something...[spoiler]When Ethan goes to the arm dealer in Dubai, he meets a guy on the docks that gives him a wool hood. If you look ...

Hi Matt and Alex,Do you guys have any good examples of terrible shows with great pilots or vice-versa? I remember watching the pilot for the Aaron Douglas' show "The Bridge" almost a year before the actual first season aired and thought it was great. The rest of the season was complete crap however and ended up cancelled by CBS after 3 episodes.

@Huxley said:I really like the intro to Season 1 of Human Target@Megasoum said:I actually kinda like the Homeland intro. It's weird but it's not too bad. Now if you want to talk about an old style/bit creepy intro I LOVE the Southland intro. It's so macabre and the music makes it surreal.Homicide: Life on the Street's intro had a similar vibeNice. I heard a lot about that show but never ...

@Radio_Resistance said:Love the attention to detail on the Tintin one. I remember just about every single adventure, so that was a nice minute-long walk down memory lane. And I really like the X-Men one as well. Reminds me of Mad Men and keeps the theme of the Cold War. Very stylish, and I like. It's like what Homeland was attempting to go for, but they really dropped the ball on that ...

Yeah that Tintin intro is AMAZING. I still have all the original VHS for the animated series so the fact they used the music from that show makes it even better! Not a fan of the X-Men one. They went too far with the audio and image degradation. I get the idea and it's a good one but sometime too much is not better!
