I've never really done much posting in the Screened forums. I come to this website on a daily but I usually just stick to news and such. After thinking about what happened on Thursday, I am still worried about Screened. I haven't watched Beyond the Mat in a good number of years now. I remember really enjoying it, evening if it's a bit of a harrowing tale of pro wrestling.

Can Bounty Hunters Retain Their Humanity? An Examination Of Empathy and Humanness in Blade Runner.
Very interesting read. I feel compelled to give Blade Runner another watch. I was certainly impressed when I first watched it but I am pretty sure I haven't seen the arguably better Final Cut. It certainly is an interesting piece to wrap my brain around regardless.

I am actually pleasantly surprised with Netflix. The content selection is pretty good, I am getting consistent and HD video and they were very quick with rolling out all of the apps across Xbox, Wii etc. Looking forward to see where they will go from here and how the library will expand over time.

Has it actually launched? Trying to find the UK/Irish site at the moment and so far I've got nothing. I have been waiting to jump on the Netflix train since we don't have any other film streaming in Ireland (any major ones anyway).

The 2011 Critic's Choice Award Nominees Probably Don't Fall Too Far from the Oscar Tree.
I have seen barely any of this year's critical best. I missed my chance to watch Tree of Life and the smattering of more recent hits (Shame, The Artist etc.) haven't landed here in Ireland yet.I've got me some movie watching to do.
