Matt Rorie I wish the movie would have followed the book more. The reason he became a legend at the end of the book was much more darker then the one in the movie. The movie had good atmosphere but story wise it just became a monster movie which wasn't the intentions in the book. To some degree the 1971 version of it, The Omega Man, was a better adaptation ...

Dick said the movie and the book are really two sets of work, and in this case we are talking about the movie, not the book.
