Disney Animated's upcoming film 'Wreck-It Ralph,' starring John C. Reilly as the titular Ralph, made an appearance at this year's CinemaCon.
The film, which is set in the world of video games, follows Ralph and his transformation from villain to hero. When the arcade that houses Ralph's Fix it Felix Jr. game closes, characters in all of the arcade's cabinets begin interacting.
The footage shown at this year's CinemaCom reveals that Disney has secured the rights to show some classic video game characters in the film.
Characters that were shown during the film's opening include the following:
Doctor Eggman - Sonic the Hedgehog
Ghost - Pac-Man
It's likely more characters will be revealed closer to the film's release.
What do you guys think of the characters already revealed? Who would you like to see included?

It looks like the third film in the "Blood and Ice Cream" trilogy finally has its script.
Earlier today, Simon Pegg posted the picture below to his Twitter account with the message "I know we took our sweet time but as soon as I get back from outer space, we can finish this thing once and for all" attached.

The photo appears to be the finished, or near-finished, script for 'The World's End.'
'The World's End' will see Pegg team up once again with good friend Edgar Wright, as well as (if I had to put my money on it) Nick Frost.
Pegg, Wright and Frost teamed up on Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz--the first two films in the trilogy.
The last time we heard anything about 'The World's End' from Pegg, it was nothing more than a title on a whiteboard.
What do you guys think? Are you excited for another Pegg, Wright and, most likely, Frost joint?

Now that the dust of the Anchorman 2 announcement has settled, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that details on Ron Burgundy's next adventure are starting to surface.
In an interview with Empire, writer/director Adam McKay talked about what viewers can expect from the upcoming film.
According to McKay, the film--which will take place in 1978--will see the familiar gang dealing with some less-than-welcome change.
"We know these guys never deal well with change," says McKay, "and the good thing is that there's a big blast of change coming, according to the regular timeline. We're going to be throwing a lot of innovation at them, and they're not going to handle it well."
Some of that change will come in the form of race and diversity.
"It's right when all the news started changing with the 24-hours news cycle in '78 or '79," McKay says. "All of a sudden, local news stations diversified and had Latino anchors and African-American anchors, and any time you're talking about diversity and the Action News team, that's always fun to deal with."
Along with these details, McKay promised another big gang fight, saying they "already have a couple of ideas for it."
Ideas seem to be the bulk of what the writers have right now, as McKay tells Empire they've just started work on the script.
"We've done about two per cent! Half a per cent? We've got five pages of story notes and chunks of story," says McKay. "We're holing up writing for the next three months."
What do you think Screened Pups? Does some ethnic conflict seem like the right move?

Exclusive clips from Wes Anderson's upcoming film Moonrise Kingdom have been making their way around the internet. The clips give us a better look at some of the more teased characters--like Tilda Swinton's social worker and Jason Schwartzman's scout master.
The clips, unsurprisingly, ooze that Andersonian style we've become so accustomed to over the last decade and a half. Take a look and share your thoughts in the comments section.
Moonrise Kingdom is set to premiere at Cannes Film Festival and will hit theaters in the United States on May 25.

As if Iron Man 3 wasn't already jammed packed with stars, Variety is reporting that 'Prometheus' star Guy Pearce is close to finalizing a deal that would see the actor joining the cast as geneticist Aldrich Killian.
Marvunapp provides a little info. on Killian:
"Through trial and error, the brilliant Maya Hansen constructed Extremis, a bio-electronics package fitted into a few billion graphic nanotubes and suspended in a carrier fluid. The package, when injected into the human genome, was meant to hack the body’s repair center and rewrite the normal human blueprint with a better one. When the human brain is convinced that the Extremis blueprint is the correct one, it shuts the human down, leaving the human needing nutrients intravenously injected during the following days while the body rebuilds. Under the premise that she would use her new creation for military efforts, Maya obtained military funding for her operation."
"Maya learned that the military was pulling her funding before she could try Extremis on a live subject. She and her partner at Futurepharm, Aldrich Killian, decided that they should put Extremis into the hands of criminals, then involve Tony Stark’s creation, Iron Man, against the Extremis-enhanced criminal. She figured that if they could thus prove the value of Extremis, it would help her save countless human lives after her funding was restored. She and Aldrich stole Extremis and put it into the hands of terrorists."
Pearce will star alongside Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Scarlett Johansson and Ben Kingsley.
Pearce fans can see the actor in Ridley Scott's 'Prometheus'--as Peter Weyland--on June 8.
Iron Man 3 has been given a May 3, 2013 release date.
