I saw Face/Off on a solo trip to DC. I needed to kill some time before my late night train. It was a packed, loud, yelling-at-the-screen theater. This was the perfect environment for all the craziness of the film to explode into a glorious mess of entertainment. I loved every second of that weird film and weird night. Moulin Rouge! might be the only film I've ever seen in the theater and gone right back the following night to see again. The pacing of the film, the onslaught of it was too much to take in the first time.I agree with @obscurefan: this is a nice feature to see on the site.
