I think The Avengers is a special case. Everybody wants to go see it, but the traditional 2D showings are quite smaller than the 3D so I imagine a lot of people are paying to see it in 3D simply because they want to see the movie.And I've said this once and I'll say it again, the reason why everyone here is complaining about 3D still being around is because ...

G.I. Joe Retaliation which was supposed to be released on June 29th has been pushed back nine months to March 29th, 2013 so it can be converted into 3D and take advantage of a more relaxed release schedule to accommodate for international markets.Honestly, the first movie sucked, but everything I've seen of Retaliation seemed pretty cool. I think it looks entertaining. Not so sure on Tobey Maguire, he could be the weak spot in the film. And I was surprised the trailer said "from the director of Romeo + Juliet" not Moulin Rouge.

Marathoning 24 is dangerous. You can get burnt out on the show, well that was my feeling when I watched the first 3 seasons on DVD. And really, is the HR department at CTU so bad that they'll hire someone who is a mole for the terrorists every year?

Paul Thomas Anderson is one of my favourite directors working today. There Will Be Blood was one of my absolute favourite movies from the last decade.
