1. Firefly
All I'll say is that I have come to terms with this show never coming back. But it's still the best 13 episodes on TV ever. |

2. Farscape
Unlike many shows that have been canceled before their time Farscape got a great two part mini series wrap up. This is almost the definition of a cult TV show due to it's great visual style, subtle yet overt comedy, incredible complex villians, and originality. Finally on proper US dvd's you can pick it up at a reasonable price or just Netflix it which I highly recommend. |

3. Arrested Development
The story of this show is a tragic one especially since I believe what makes the show funny is what got it canceled. Everyone still raves about the show so need I say more? |

4. The Invisible Man
The Invisible Man came out in an interesting time on the SciFi channel. It was the head day of the channel when they had shows like Farscape, First Wave, Stargate, and even Sliders. But sadly The Invisible Man went the way of the also amazing show The Chronicle and was cancled way before its time. In the second season the channel was trying everything it could to keep it alive but nothing worked. It tells the story of Darien Fawkes who has a synthetic gland put in his brain. He was facing jail time and his brother asked him to volenteer. However when the Big Bad destroyed the lab and killed his brother Darien is forced to work with the agency so that he can continue getting a shot that keeps the gland in check and stops him from going insane. This was a brilliant twist around this classic idea and from there the show actually became a great buddy cop show with a quick wit sense of humor about it. |

5. The Tick
If I have thirty minutes to kill I still watch episodes of this show. Patrick Warburton gives the performance's of his life here and I can't help laughing ever single time. It only got nine episodes but sometimes that's all you need. |

6. Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Honorable mention. |
|
|
7. Terriers
Another Honorable mention. |
Farscape is probably my favourite television show ever. It was such a unique show with wonderfully drawn out complex characters, a great sense of humor which could always be counted upon to lighten up the darker plotlines( ie Rygel's flatulence, Harvey, Stark's general lunacy, Noranti etc.).
