@keegan: What I mean by" being able to fix easily" is the same as others have suggested - a better Podcast schedule and more people on staff. Rorie needs some help. Everything was okay before Alex left for New York, but now that he is gone Rorie is having to do pretty much everything in-house himself. That's a lot for one guy. He needs help.
