@Watcherg44: The performances were piss poor, the characters lacked any, get this, character, the attempts at humor were embarrassing, the dialogue was eye-rollingly hammy, and the story didn't interest me at all. But perhaps it's biggest fault is for an action movie, the action scenes were unimpressive, and boring. However, I would watch this movie again ten times before I sit through Transformers 2 again.

@FinalDasa: TMZ is actually a surprisingly reliable source. The guy who owns it is a successful lawyer who is well versed in laws over slander and libel. The stories they post tend to stay away from rumors and speculation and stray toward confirmation on stories from reliable sources. There's a reason so many celebrities are in the pocket of TMZ. They run a respectable, but highly douchey, news blog.

Having no reverence for his films, save maybe Mallrats, I found his Q&As on Netflix to be surprisingly entertaining and sometimes even enlightening, particularly in his newest Q&As "Burn in Hell" when he talks about following your dreams. Inspirational shit.
