Even if fake at least some of the advice he was giving was reasonable and usefull. I took it as that.But this just gives me a sigh... I remember when Discovery, History and Travel used to be actually science, historical events and foreign travel.

I still think the most egregious product placement in recent memory for me was Smallville's way of trying to "seriously" shoehorn in their product placement. Take as evidence: the gum factory that gave people super powers. They never really placed the items in naturally.Sometime placement in shows like Chuck might make you groan audibly, but at least it is somewhat reasonable that when talking about subway or a van.

If You Want To Feel Better About Your Job, Here's 40 Minutes Of Gordon Ramsay Yelling At People.
While I enjoy watching Hells Kitchen for the brainless fun of it this last season has almost broken me. I swear some of the crazier contestants [one in particular this last season] just scream "plant/hired actor" to me. Something the producers throw in to spice up the show. This seems more blatant than in past seasons.Ramsay is entertaining enough without annoying whiny actors making fools of themselves.

I think what bugs me more is what is clearly the tv equivalent of a commentary column or an opinion page being delivered as a news segment.Say whatever the heck you want. But make sure it is labeled blatantly as one person's opinion. Not some actual fact based news segment.This video is them trying to make it come off as a fact based broadcast when it is just an analysts ...
