My attempt to watch all the Academy Award Nominees from 2012.
I also watch it and I see a lot of movies so I have seen most of the oscar nominated movies and I can tell you that the best way to watch the oscars is to make your own list of nominations and winners and then compare. Just a thought.

I don't mean to put this whole "seeing all the awards movies" idea down, but being nominated for an oscar literally means nothing. Great movies came out this year that are not popular or have enough money or fame or star power that will never ever ever ever ever get nominated, looked at, or even appreciated. I think 3-D makes almost any action or "CGI" heavy movie better. Most directors like to make those movies feel like the audience is in the action so what better way to do it than put it in 3D. I love how i feel like I am really apart of the movie, but that is just me and I understand all the reasons to hate it.

Death Race is better, hands down. Ian Mcshane really makes that movie. Every scene he is in is better just because he is in it. He brings so much intensity. He is like Sam Jackson of the newer Star Wars movies. The movies were bad, but every scene Jackson was in was great. Like McShane, he just brought intensity, and an actual personality to the film.
