@Toastburner_B: I totally agree, yet it cracks me up so hard when Ramsay tastes a dish that is okay-to-good and just turns around and mutters "damn it" under his breath. It always seems as if he's just about to lose it.

What worries me is where it says "directed by Olivier Megaton." It doesn't mean it won't be good, just puts moderately sized chunk of doubt in my mind.

Did Twilight cause all movies aimed at anyone under twenty to be cast only with people who look like this in all roles:Or was I previously not paying enough attention to notice? I'm generally good at being oblivious, but when I think of teen movies of the 80s, 90s and even early 00s, I don't remember it that way.

Also, I got a huge kick out of the frequent extended and sometimes bizarre looks that characters give into the camera. I swear Perseus was channeling the wrestler the Rock with a close-up raised eyebrow at one point.

I would avoid paying normal ticket prices for this movie, maybe see it at a second run theater. The climax was fun but half an hour was too long to drag it out, it could have been done in fifteen minutes and still felt a bit padded. As to the Special effect, some are good but be ready to see Zeus throw some After Effects lightning.
