According to filmschoolrejects, the interior of the Daily Planet Headquarters in Man of Steel will be shot in the Willis (formerly Sears) Tower, but the outside will be Chicago's Board of Trade Building.  The latter building has already been seen in major DC comics as the Wayne Enterprises Building in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.   Im hoping we will get Batman Inc. vs Man of Steel as a sequel.  (Lame joke, I know, but maybe you can come up with a better one).
