In a minority here but I did not care for the Dark Knight and none of the trailers for the dark knight rises spark any interest in it for me. This new trailer seems (to me) rather boring, it does not grab me by the testicals and demand my fullest attention. I doubt I will be going to see this in the cinema (same for the new Spiderman)

WHilst the display of toned man flesh is harmful to my eyes (and depressing to my own less than toned physique) this does not look too bad. Channing Tatum is one of the guys who despite being far better looking than me (not hard really) I don't hate. Alex Pettyfer though... is he going to be a prick like everything he's ever been in?

Can't hate Vince Vaughn, he was in Old School damn blast it and that's one of the my favourite films (and not just because of Elisha Cuthbert's bottom... which is perfect). But beyond Old School and his appearance in Anchorman, I can't say I like anything else Vaughn's been in.

I can recommend the Top Gear India special because its a master class in cocking about, which to me is the only reason I watch Top Gear. Sure I can appreciate the cars and see how happy Ryan Reynolds was when he found out he beat Tom Cruise's lap time in the reasonably priced car, but its the silly challengers and messing about I come for mainly.

Didn't intend to go and see it anyway, and kudos for actually daring to say something that involves Joss Whedon is the not the greatest thing ever. I watched the first season of Bones and enjoyed it, but then when the first episode of the second season started and the titular "Bones" was a bitch to a fireman, I realized she was an awful, dull character who was possibly a robot (something about the Deschanel sisters methinks).

I have a rule I follow in regards to movies nowadays. If the loud, whiny and smug teenage girls I pick up every sodding morning for the school run want to see a movie, I do not. Its a good rule I think.
