Silver Surfer

The Silver Surfer continues his search for Zenn-La. As he travels, he is trapped by an energy webbing and met by Gamora, the leader of the Wanderers - a group pledged to get revenge on Galactus and his herald. He is then taken captive aboard their ship.
With Lord Glenn presiding, the Surfer is told that he will have a fair hearing while they judge him for his actions assisting Galactus and the destruction of their worlds. Gamora acts as the prosecution. He is given a defense attorney named Tor-Kay, who claims she would rather be his prosecutor.

The Surfer is allowed to speak, telling how he was changed by Galactus, but he tells them that he cannot ask for their forgiveness since he cannot forgive himself. After this, he is found guilty and sentenced to death. The Wanderers have designed a device that uses the power of two stars to create a barrier between the Silver Surfer and the Power Cosmic. This reduces him back in to Norrin Radd. They leave him on the planet, which they have booby trapped, for his ultimate demise.

As the Surfer struggles to stay alive, the Wanderers realize that their device is going to cause the stars to implode, thus destroying them as well. They deactivate the device, but it malfunctions and continues to siphon the energy from the suns. The Surfer realizes the peril his judges are in and decides to try and save them. He manages to use their own devices to destroy the main source of the barrier and return his Power Cosmic.

He arrives just in time to turn one of the forming black holes into a plasma jump, rescuing all of the Wanderers.
