I have to confess: the idea of Liev Schreiber as a hockey enforcer is an enticing one to me. This trailer serves to re-enforce that idea, so to speak.

Doug Glatt gets caught up in fight in the stands at a hockey game and draws the eye of a minor league hockey coach. Doug isn't a hockey player, but the coach recruits him to protect one of his star players who has had bad experiences with enforcers.

Haven't been this interested in a hockey film since I was 7 when the Mighty Ducks came out.
Waterboy on Ice?

lol nice, agreed.
I haven't been so disinterested in a hockey film since the Toothfairy came out.
I hate the way this movie portrays my favorite sport. And it looks dumb as shit.
My first real one... that noticed anyway...!!!
This looks more or less exactly like what I expected Hit Somebody to be.
looks pretty good. also tigg from SOA!
I just can't... I can't care any less.
Looks like a bad attempt at capitalizing on the current controversy over enforcers in the game. Hopefully Hit Somebody will be better.
Looks pretty great.
I remember the glory days of the Edmonton Oilers when Dave Semenko was the key enforcer and protected guys like Wayne Gretzky and Jari Kurri so they could shine on the ice. Guess I have a soft spot for enforcers as a result. Plus I'll watch pretty much anything with Liev Schreiber in it.
Well Kim Coates, aka. Tig for anyone who watches SOA, and Liev Schreiber are in it, so I might see it.
I kind of want to watch it for Jay Burachel. I'm a fan of his humourous geeky voice.
@Zella: Looks more like a remake of Slap shots.
Man I miss Tie Domi
Also can't wait for the eventual side grade between this and Hit Somebody
Yeah I'm down with this.
I think I'll go see this.
