As Keung and Bill are sleeping Keung overhears two bike gangs outside who are looking to cause trouble.

Keung is curious and steps outside onto the fire escape to see what the gangs are up to. When he notices his uncle's borrowed limo right in one of the biker's path he desperately tries to wake his uncle up but to no avail. Finally forced to act Keung quickly descends the fire escape and jumps in front of the racer who has to swerve off the cars, and loses the race. The gangs are forced to flee as the police arrive on the scene.
The next day Uncle Bill has finalized the sale of his market a prepares to leave town on his honeymoon and Keung has agreed to help the new owner, Elaine, out. As Elaine and Keung discuss the final paperwork the same gang Keung confronted the previous night comes into the market and cause trouble. After attempting to steal candy bars and taking swigs from drinks and leaving them on the shelf Elaine confronts one of the gang members, Angelo. Angelo refuses to pay and more of the gang back him up. But Keung keeps a watchful eye on the gang and when their actions turn violent he is forced to intervene and uses his kung fu to beat the gang up.
Angelo reports back his gang with a busted nose and soon they are on the hunt for Keung. After Keung intervenes in what he thinks is a possible rape, he is ambushed by the gang and eventually cornered. They break bottles, cutting him up, and leave Keung bleeding in a pile of broken glass. Keung crawls home and is discovered by his neighbor, a little boy bound to a wheelchair, and his sister Nancy who is member of the same gang harassing Keung but who treats his wounds anyways.
Keung is continually hassled by the biker gang and one day Angelo stumbles upon a stolen diamond deal gone bad. Angelo is being chased by professional criminal organization the White Tiger. Angelo panics, he finds the little boys wheelchair, and hides the diamonds inside his wheelchair cushion. They show up at the market again, trashing the whole place hoping to find Keung. While trashing the place two members of the biker gang are kidnapped by the White Tiger.
After confronting the gang once and for all Keung is told by their leader, Tony, that he won't be bothered again. As he is leaving Keung overhears the return of one of the kidnapped members. The other member was feed into a tree shredder and ordered the gang to deliver the missing diamonds or be killed. When the gang figures that Angelo, who is has been missing, must have taken the diamonds they're talking about. Keung agrees to help the gang stop the White Tiger and return the diamonds.
Tony, Nancy, and Keung meet with the White Tiger, who they think is the FBI at first, and turn over Angelo so he can reveal the location of the diamonds. They realize the diamonds are in the boy's wheelchair and Keung agrees to take them to it if they leave his friends alone. Keung escapes from the White Tiger's goons and returns to the market. While discussing the matter with Elaine and waiting for the White Tiger to arrangement an exchange they arrive at the market unexpectedly, they chain every pole in the place and tear the market down, losing the diamonds in the process.
