Does anybody else find her completely unfunny, and really annoying. She was alright when she first came on but every character she does seems almost the same. 
 
The rest of the cast is really good and the new people they have on are pretty good.

I feel like she's good, the show just usually doesn't use her well. I thought she was great in the MacGruber movie.

That may be true, but if so, it's the writers fault for giving her similar characters.  She just performs what she's given.
 
I may be swayed by the fact that I find her to be crazy hot, but I think she's fantastic.  Whereas the other current female cast members seemed reserved in their performances, she's unafraid to be weird and crude and go the extra sentence for a joke.  She's also actually a good actress.  Not many people saw The Brothers Solomon, but in it, she plays a surprisingly normal role very well.  She's also amazing at that infuriating passive aggressive thing... 
  

I think she's been better in the movies and cameos I've seen her in than anything I've seen on SNL.

I think that seems to be the problem with SNL, from what I understand the performers don't have much say in the skits, I think if the performers where more involved in the writing process they'd have funnier sketches.
