I've loved all of Edgar Wright's other movies, but I don't know about this one. I haven't seen it yet and I'm not sure I want to. There's just something about the trailers that make me feel that going to see this movie would be a big waste of money. To anyone who's seen this movie, and has also seen Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz - what did you think of Scott Pilgrim?

It's good. I haven't read the comics. I didn't get a lot of the video game references. But it's very funny and very fun to watch. It made me happy. So I enjoyed it quite a bit.

it's great. Edgar Wright's voice shines right through it, Michael Cera changes it up... a bit (in a very enjoyable way), the action is great (in Edgar Wright manor), the music is great, et cetera.
 
I am a huge fan of Edgar Wright, from Spaced to Fuzz, and now, Scott Pilgrim.  This movie was by no means a waste of money to me, and I didn't regret it seeing it two more times just to show it to friends and enjoy it in a theater environment, where I felt that it thrived ridiculously well.
