Im worried people might not get it and go for the safe bet. Even thou I know which one is better scott pilgrim no doubt in my mind about it. Me and my friends are going to a midnight screening of scott pilgrim. Both places we can go are having both these movies as midnight showings. Do your self a favor and pick the only real choice on the matter. If you have ever played a nes or snes this movie is for you.

Michael Cera vs Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren, Jet Li, Statham etc.

Sorry, my choice is clear (also, Scott Pilgrim doesn't look like my type of movie anyway)

I wouldnt say that one or the other really is the  "right" choice. They will both appeal to certain people, whether one is better than the other. I personally will probably be seing Scott Pilgrim first just because my brother wants to see it and our only chance will be its opening weekend. Ill probably be seeing the Expendables the week after unless i hear nothing but bad reviews.

Im also saying we have seen movies like the expendables. On the other hand scott pilgrim is something completely new and different.  I just hope scott pilgrim does not have what happen to kickass happen to it. Like when it comes to movies, video games and music I can see the intent and the goal they had in mind from the start. I feel like I have the sun glasses on that can see the truth like in They Live or something. I told my friend he should go see inception and he said his exs like it so he does not know about it. He try's to aviode things she likes since she is a stuck up bitch. I think he needs a good smacking since he can kinda be flaky some times.

Scott Pilgrim rubs me the wrong way. Kids my age who run around screaming "Win", "Fail", "Pwned", etc. do little more than irritate the living Hell out of me. Add in a tagline like "An Epic of Epic Epicness" and it looks like a film too nerdy even for a film geek such as myself. I might give it a shot on a discount day at the theater or on DVD, but I'd much rather see The Expendables because of the cast.

I plan to see both, but I'm going to see Scott Pilgrim first and if I can only see one then it's SP, no contest. No way in hell I'm missing an Edgar Wright movie based off of one of my favourite comics.

I'll see The Expendable first, but I'll probably see both in theaters.

Scott Pilgrim doesn't satisfy my needs of South American drug lords being cut open and kicked in the face, Delta Force 2 style.

@Everyones_A_Critic:  Its not that crowd its 8-bit art chiptune concert goer types. People have too manny god dam blinder on that every ones view on stuff is pre conceived notions. Its like people thought kick-ass  was like mystery men or something even thou that is wrong.

Next weekend may be the first weekend that I go to see more than one movie at the theater in a long time.

I'm going to see both sooner or later at the cinemas but Expendables is getting bad reviews and Scot pilgrim is getting good ones.

The Expendables on Friday night, Scott Pilgrim on Saturday afternoon. It's gonna be a good weekend. :)

Scott Pilgrim, easily. I'm a fan of the comics. The Expendables on the other hand just doesn't look like a film I'll ever want to see.

Edgar Wright vs. Sylvester Stallone? I'll take the guy who makes good films. I'll be seeing Scott Pilgrim again now that it's out in theaters, and I'll likely go twice.

Scott Pilgrim was a day one see for me (really liked it) and Expendables will be later this week.

The Expendables will be first.

There are way too many comic book films that relay on CGI effects. There hasn't been something like the The Expendables in a long while. Also, I don't like Micheal Cera. . .

The Expendables doesn't have 'An Epic of Epic Epicness' as a tagline. 1-0 to Sly Stallone.

I saw the Expendables first(tonight) but will probably see Scott Pilgrim tomorrow or during next week.
