After a wake up call from his girlfriend, an appliance store clerk named Shaun decides he's going to turn his life around. Inconveniently, his community becomes overrun with zombies at this time, and Shaun tries to rise to the occasion to try and save his friends.

Trivia:

The game Shaun and Ed play is Timesplitters 2 on the PS2. In turn, the game's sequel, Timesplitters Future Perfect, referenced Shaun of the Dead by having a zombie ask "Have I got red on me?".
