I agree, I had hoped it would pan out; they just didn't do a very good job with it in QoS.

Hopefully there is some kind of evil lair which is built into natural surroundings and makes use of lair-wide PA system, a cart on tracks and nameless henchmen.

Seeing the new title makes me have hope of this being better than the last one even though I did like Casino Royale...

I'm not going to say Quantum of Solace was good or even half-good but the overarching conspiracy was pretty freaking interesting and I'd hate to see that get thrown away.

Especially seeing how it got more fleshed out in Quantum. Yes, seeing Bond brood like a final fantasy character wasn't great and there are some other things you can hate on but I really like that plot line.

Also I really enjoyed Casino Royale, especially after the mess that was Die Another Day.

Great news, Bond is always great to see in a Cinema; glad it will be staying there.

Casino Royale is probably one of my favorite movies of all time. QoS was a dissapointment, though had some redeeming parts. Let's hope this ends up more like Casino Royale in quality!

When it comes to Bond it's "Man with the Golden Gun" or bust for me these days.

"As someone who found Casino Royale interesting, and Quantum of Solace nearly insufferable, all the casting decisions here sound plenty good to me, and the notion of this being a stand-alone, unconnected film does my heart good, because holy hell was I turned off by the direction Quantum of Solace went in. Hopefully Mendes and the pile of contracted screenwriters can turn this thing in a direction worth paying attention to."

That is exactly what I have to say regarding this film.

Why did I think that Freida Pinto had a role in this film?

Bardem, Fiennes, and Craig, though? That's pretty hot.

Is there going to be enough scenery for this triforce of acting?

Wow...Quantum of Solace was nowhere near that bad O_O

I like the name Skyfall :)

Well, as a title Skyfall is definitely a step-up from Quantum of Solace. Bardem as a villain could be great!
