When missile technology is used to enhance toy action figures, the toys soon begin to take their battle programming too seriously.

Trivia:

One of the Gorgonites is named "Freakenstien" in both the closing credits and the action figures. However in the movie he is never called that and he is always called by his original name that he had before being destroyed and rebuilt.

There are multiple references to the film. For example,one of the toys is based on the monster in Frankenstein and one of the characters quotes a line from Frankenstein. In addition, Small Soldiers also uses footage from Frankenstein.
