Afflicted with an ancient Mayan curse, a woman whose body is composed of snakes boards a train for Los Angeles hoping to find a cure. When criminals attack the woman and unwittingly release her deadly cargo the entire train begins its slow slither towards disaster unless one of the passengers can find a way to stop the cold-blooded killers.
