Chris Hemsworth is the Huntsman!

According to Deadline (which I was directed to by Filmschoolrejects), Chris Hemsworth aka Thor is going to be the Huntsman in Snow White and the Huntsmen.  This role had been offered several times, including once to Hugh Jackman.  Snow White will be played by TWILIGHT star Kristen Stewart.

Meh.  I wish he would do something more substantial.  He seems like he has a ton of acting potential, but maybe he's just been given good characters.

Also, yeah, Kristen Stewart kinda kills my desire to watch this movie at any time other than bad movie night.

Lord Of The Rings meets Snow White in this summer 2012 blockbuster. It looks interesting, although perhaps it's telling that Kristen Stewart isn't allowed to speak at all.
