There's almost no chance that this won't be more entertaining than Mirror, Mirror, of course, but I'm curious to see precisely how good it manages to be. With a first-time feature director who's known for special-effects-laden shorts, there's obviously a few questions to be answered, but the trailers thus far have been pretty great. Kristen Stewart is the obvious question mark, and again, consider me curious about the logic of making an army of soldiers that simply break when they're tapped on the shoulder.

I'm figuring at this point that a lot of the shots of the armies clashing are from the end of the film, and I have a feeling my estimation of the events of the movie are pretty close to what's actually going to happen, which isn't a good thing for a trailer to reveal. Here's hoping there are still some surprises waiting for us this summer.

Also, does anyone else think that the Queen's crown draws a bit of inspiration from Sauron from Lord Of The Rings?

CGI looks decent for the most part, but man, that rocky monster thing towards the end of the trailer looked awful. As for the actual film, it looks like a hybrid between that bad Russel Crowe Robin Hood movie and one of the Narnia sequels.

That mirror be trippin'. No way in hell is Kristen Stewart hotter than Charlize Theron.

But seriously, this film looks like it could be alright.

"From the Producer of Alice in Wonderland"?

SOLD!

Really though, for what it is, this looks like it'll definitely make my eyes happy for a few hours. Pretty weird too that this flick seems so stylistically awesome compared to the other one directed by mister fuckin' style himself, Tarsem Singh.

(also, definitely dig the Charlize bukkake. Sorry, but it had to be said!)

Charlize looks amazing as the Evil Queen, far and a away better than the Julia Roberts version. I'm still worried about the Kristen Stewart factor but even in this trailer, she barely speaks. Though she does talk a bit more in the 5 minute trailer, that trailer basically gives away the whole movie (even in the order events probably happens) so I don't suggest watching that one.

Looks wonderfully striking, visually. I am impressed.

Glass? Who gives a shit about glass? Who the fuck is this?

This reminds me of Legend slathered in Willow and a pinch of Krull. Let's just hope it gets its 80's on and is entertaining!

Hahaha!

Looks good though. Surprisingly good. Hell, I wanna watch it right now!

But for some reason I was led to believe that Kristin Stewart played a mute in this movie? I don't even know where I got that idea from.

I wish Tarsem Singh was making this version.

OK this looks actually pretty cool. I don't quiet by Stewart as the hottie of all hotties but oooo Hemsworth killing fools as they shatter into class, could be interesting.

I'll be rooting for the villain to win yet again

Everything in this movie looks great aside from Kristen Stewart who seems to be stuck in Bella mode.

Oh my god, there was a one second piece of that trailer where Kirsten Stewart is looking at Chris Hemsworth and she actually has her mouth closed. I had no idea she possessed that ability. Either that or it took a fuck ton of takes and a few carefully worded threats to get her to close it.

Well, it certainly looks better than Mirror, Mirror. But the inclusion of Kristen Stewart is a big worry. Any movie with her in it immediately makes me think that it's being aimed at teenage girls.

People get so riled-up by the presence of Kristen Stewart.

I haven't watched "Young Adults" yet. Thanks for reminding me that.

Looks cool to me, despite Kristen. If only it had been Emma Stone, it would be so much more logical/awesome.
