Okay, that was genuinely funny and entertaining.
Advertising done right people.
AGreed- I must admit as much as I don't like having a sponsored item in my feed, I enjoyed the show and like that you all have made it clear this is advertising. Nothing underhanded there. Bravo.
this is actually quite cool, should stick this on the front door, wouldn't have seen it but for the mobile site
Brilliant interview Rorie!
These are the type of ads I can get behind. Them producing content for stuff I can get behind, and I feel like they can get behind it too. Not obnoxious ads for Axe and cars.
This is pretty awesome, if this becomes a regular thing on the site you will not see me complain anytime soon. Great job Rorie!
Cant's wait to see this, great interview
I like your approach to sponsored content, guys. As long as you continue to 1) Identify sponsored content explicitly, and 2) Not advertise complete shit, I'll watch anything you want to show me.
He's a Jets fan? I will watch this show just for that.
I could NOT take my eyes of that guy's tooth gap...
@flap_jackson: I'm pretty sure it's a band.
Now this is advertising that I can get behind! Great show guys -- I had a blast watching it last night. I know there was some backlash against the advertising (there's a giant thread over at Giant Bomb about it), but as long as it can stay this quality, I'm totally fine with it. It seemed like a show that you guys had genuine interest in, and it didn't feel too PR-ified, but instead managed to feel like just another Whiskey Media live show.
Also, the IL-2 segment was one of the best things that I have ever seen. Congratulations to all who participated in getting that thing off the ground.
