• The character of 'Rocket' was originally intended for Evan Rachel Wood, but she was forced to drop out due to her roles in the Broadway musical 'Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark' and on HBO's 'True Blood' , Jena Malone was later cast instead.
• Emma Stone was allegedly supposed to play 'Amber' but didn't close the deal for unknown reasons; Jamie Chung signed on to play the character instead.
