Plot:

Black Adam
Black Adam

After 5000 years, Black Adam returns to the planet. 
Billy (young orphan) tries to be a good person, helping people as he can. He helps people, but Billy only gets problems.
Bill goes to see Clark Kent (Clark helps poor children).
Clark Kent offers a breakfast and he notices that Billy has the face with a black Noud. Billy says to Clark that be good does not help him life (Billy does good things, but things only got worse in the process).
Clark tries to comfort Billy, but Black Adam appears and he attacks both. Black Adam feels that the Billy was taken to be the new champion of the Magic Wizard Shazam (Black Adam aims to kill Billy). Bill manages to escape and Clark becomes Superman. Superman helps Bill and he starts fighting against Adam. Superman is the challenge in physical terms for Black Adam, but Adam defeats Superman with his magical powers. (Adam launched a large obelisk against Superman).

However Bill escapes into the subway (Bill enters in the secret cave of the magician Shazan). The magician Shazan choses Bill to be its new champion (the magical Shazan hopes to correct the mistake he made 5000 years when he was choosing Adam Black as its champion).Bill leaves the cave.    
       

Bill said the word Shazan and becomes the Marvel champion. Superman and Captain Marvel team up. Both the heroes gain an advantage over Black Adam. However, Adam decides to destroy a dam (Superman will help control the water, using heat vision and freeze Breath). While Captain Marvel and Black Adam continue to fight among themselves. Adam says it is a divide and conquer strategy (strategy applied in order to kill Captain Marvel and Superman was hindering the work).

Adam threatens an innocent (a young woman). If Captain Marvel does not returns to his mortal form. Marvel accepted. Adam throws the young woman and he tries to kill bill. Superman appears. However Bill gains courage and he became Captain Marvel again. Marvel is starting to fight Adam (Marvel defeat him in the process). When Marvel is about to kill Adam, Superman shows up and he told: Captain Marvel must be strong (to overcome the obstacles of life). Captain Marvel does not kill Adam. 
Mister Tawky Tawny appears ( the guardian of Shazan). Black Adam is banished again. Bill becomes Captain Marvel (the new hero in town).
