Trivia:

New Line and Sega of America created a partnership in which a Game Gear video game would be developed for the film. Sega Studio USA began to develop the video game, when the film was only in writing process, receiving creative input from director Neal Israel. In turn, Sega partially financed the film and a Game Gear is shown in the film.
