Does this mean this won't happen in the movie?

So I discovered this through CinemaBlend, but I found it really interesting.

The rumors have been strong that The Dark Knight Rises will be following, to a certain extent, the Knightfall story arc where:

This photo was taken from the set. What do you guys think? With how secret Christopher Nolan has been about revealing the plot it seems weird that the pic would be allowed online if it references what it seems to reference. The sites that featured an article about this seemed to think that this was a sign that that particular moment wouldn't be in the movie, as it would reveal a major plot point way before the movie is even close to being out.

Who knows what any of this really means its just a random set photo. Could be nothing. But what interests me is that they are definitely aware of what the rumors about the plot are, and this means that they are teasing the fans about one of their biggest expectations.

I never really imagine that happening in the film. Sure I assumed we would see it since Bane was one of the villains and all but it seemed a bit to obvious.

But you never know, maybe it is in there.

Bit of a obvious play but if they are cribbing from Knightfall and TDKReturns it could fit the overall mood of the movie.
