Well i see the 3 buttons at the top, Page Tools, Edit This Page and Add To A List, i put my mouse icon over 'Page Tools' and try press the 'Write A Review' and it just doesn't do a thing, no loading of page or anything. Just no movement at all.
Very strange.

Yeah, for some reason the button in the "page tools" menu doesn't work. But FinalDasa's method should work for you! You can also click the "reviews" tab on the left side of the movie page and go from there.
