What's the hidden joke in the scene with Schwarzenegger?

I watched the epic scene between Stallone, Schwarzenegger and Willis, and I remember Alex mentioned in a recent podcast that there was a hidden joke in there.

The scene was chock-full of references to prior works, so I'm not sure which one Alex referred to. Is it the "he wants to be President" quote? The "You've lost weight " jab or the "I should've shot him when I had the chance" one?
