The Godfather is a film based on the novel of the same name by Mario Puzo. It's a story about the Corleone mob family and is often considered one of the greatest films ever made.

Trivia:

As Don Vito Corleone, actor Marlon Brando placed cotton balls inside the cheeks of his mouth for dramatic effect of his facial expressions and low ball manner of speech.
