A woman lives her life trying to ignore the visions she is plagued with as a psychic. However, when she moves into a house in Georgia with a very dark past, she is tested like never before.

During production, the film was supposed to be called THE HAUNTING IN GEORGIA. It is believed the producers changed the title because they wanted to ensure people knew GHOSTS OF GEORGIA was in the same franchise as THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT.
