Osborne uses Alex O'hirn as the latest test subject for super mercenaries. This time encasing the man in a irremovable suit of metal armor turning him into the Rhino
Like his former partner in crime Flint Marko, Alex O'Hirn steps up to be the Big Mans latest test subject. This time Doctor Octavious has drawn inspiration from he animal kingdom and encases O'Hirin in a irremovable suit of armor transforming him into the Rhino. Rhino dosen't wait to start his hunt for Spider-man going straight to the Daily Bugle looking for Peter Parker.Rampaging through the offices O'Hirin threatans J. Johna Jameson who couragelousy stops Parker from revealing himself. This gives Parker enough time to jump out and change into Spider-man.The two battle thruogh the office ending with Rhino charging through a wall plummeting to the streets below casuing a crater.
Undetered Rhin continues his chase of the Spider-man throughout the city. No matter what Spider-man dose he can not slow the Rhino once he gets going. Rhino charges through cars and buildings trying to get at him. Rhno manages to catch Spider-man and throws him across several blocks into a exercise store. After a short battle in the store Spider-man realizes Rhino is constantly intacking water since he can't sweat to keep himself cool.Seeing weakeness Spider-man goads him down to the sewers making it becomes a steam tunnel further exhastuing the beast. In his delsuion Rhino reveals the last name of the Big Man who is a Mr. Lincoln.
Parker sneaks back into the Bugle running into fellow reporter Mr. Foswell who reveals that a rumore allways comes out ever couple of years that L. Thompson Lincoln is a super secrete crime lord. Foswell doesn't believe it to be true since Lincoln is a major philanthropist and good man. Parkers date to the school dance Ms. Grant turns him down. Hoping to make something today work he goes to Mr. Lincolns offices looking to talk with the Big Man.
Lincoln instead teaches him the rules of the jungle that the Big Man has no problem with super heroes except the Spider-man has scared his criminal empire off the streets making him lose money. The upside to this is that when Spider-man is off battling the freaks like Sandman and Rhino his empire belives themselves to be to small for Spider-man to care about letting the Big Man make money once again.Lincoln than offers Spider-man a position in his empire paying him and letting him fight crime he would just have to look away every now and again. Spider-man refuses this offer and Lincoln calls in the police claiming to have been attacked by Spider-man forcing the police to attempt to capture him but Spider-man runs out of the window.
With all that having gone wrong Parker has one more punishment going to the dance alone and losing the bet he made with Flash.Aunt May though planned for this to happen and invited Mary Jane to go with Peter. Initially scared Peter is greatly revealed that the girl with a great personality is in fact the hottest girl in the world.
