Nell Sweetzer, the troubled teen of the original film, is found alone and confused in the woods with no memory of the past months. Just as she begins to starts to rebuild her life the evil spirit that had taken her over returns.
Trivia:

Though the original LAST EXORCISM movie was PG-13, filmmakers insisted that the second movie will be rated R. However, a few weeks before its release it became clear that PART II would be PG-13 after all.
