Emperor Romulus Augustus and the Roman's hope that he will reunite the Empire and bring the world back into order but when Rome is betrayed by her Visigoth allies, and the city sacked, the young boy is taken captive and held on the island of Capri. Now with the Empire crumbling Aurelius, the Emperors bodyguard, must attempt a rescue with what remains of his men and then set out to find the last legion in Britannia and with the Emperor save the Empire from ruin.
