    Gangs of rogues have been shooting up the small local towns. The locals blame the Comanche tribe and demand action. At the same time a group of men dressed in military garb have been attacking Native American villages. Calamity Jane must find out who is really behind the attacks.

    A criminal purporting to be Emperor Napoleon, gathers together four notorious outlaws -- John Wesley Harding, Sam Bass, Eavis Joe Tick, and Wooden Leg Gibson. He has a plan to steal a large cache or weapons from a military fort whilst most of the troops are on maneuvers.

    Notorious outlaw Bill Doolin is broken out of prison by his gang and immediately carries out a plan to hijack a train shipping 10 tons of dynamite. The military decides to attack and destroy the train with a cannon equipped train, but Calamity Jane's beloved horse Dakota is aboard.

    A traveling actor comes to town and Captain John O'Rourke becomes increasingly convinced that the actor is actually John Wilkes Booth. Due to a childhood trauma of John's, when the actor leaves town he chases after him hellbent on getting revenge for Lincoln's murder and his brother's legacy.

    A man's incredibly racist actions cause a local tribe to proclaim war on his settlement. Calamity Jane along with a handful of cavalry soldiers arrive to help out, but the fact that the soldiers are African-American leads to great friction with the settler.

    Calamity Jane is captured then viciously beaten and tortured before being left to die in the desert. Luckily her friend Joe Presto finds her and barely manages to save her life. As Calamity Jane struggles to cling to life, Wild Bill Hickok goes absolutely berserk and swears bloody vengeance.
