Imagine a world where the RZA directed a movie he wrote with Eli Roth. Now imagine if Quentin Tarantino got involved with it somehow, I don't really know what he did other than slap his name on it since he isn't showing up on any of the credits on IMBD...despite getting one. What type of movie would you get from this trio? A Kung Fu epic of course!!!
Apparently these clans are fighting over a bunch of gold or something, it'll be something shiny and valuable that's for sure, with the RZA a lowly blacksmith caught in the middle. Russel Crow is giving off a Justice (Afro Samurai) vibe which I like. Lucy Liu is a crazy madame. Cung Le is in this and is that Dave Bautista? The fight scenes should be good at least.
Eyes will be punched out and plenty of CG blood will be spilled. It's funny looking back at the old Kung Fu movies and how Iron Fists is trying to achieve that look through exaggerated images.
