Just watched this and, even if you guess the twists early on, it's still a great film.  I loved Inception but this was amazing.

Things with David Bowie > Things Without David Bowie

Despite the lack of David Bowie in Inception I'd say I enjoyed it more than the Prestige.

I really didn't like the twist.

I loved Prestige, but its a totally different film to Inception so do not rate one higher than the other..

I agree. The internal logic in Inception was dumb as shit, but at least with the Prestige you can call it magic. Makes everything easier to swallow. And I just love the idea of real magicians posing as fake magicians. Big Lord of Illusions fan, too. But for very different reasons.

I agree. Inception was a great movie but I still think that Memento and The Prestige are Nolan's best work so far.

Both good films but my favorite Nolan film is still Memento.

I really like both Prestige and Inception, but I have not seen Prestige in years so I can't compare them

The Prestige is fantastic. Hugh Jackman needs more work in serious films.

I am concerned he is stuck in a bit of a "Wolverine" loop

I really loved The prestige, but I still liked Inception more. Memento is by far the greatest Nolan film..I watch this movie at least once a month..I also liked the twist at the end of The Prestige..it through me for a loop...

I disagree. Prestige while great isn't as good as Inception in my book.

Inceptions overall scale and sheer bat shittery is what seals the deal. The twist and turns are good in Prestige but after the first time it dosen't really warrant much discussion or a need to rewatch it.

Still prolly my favorite Hugh Jackman movie where he isn't Wolverine.

Prestige was a good movie, but it wasn't as great of a movie as inception in my opinion. Just the overall musical score, characters, and world created in inception was better in my opinion.

They both have Michael Caine, my favorite actor.  However Prestige has much more Michael Caine so it makes me giddy.
