A group of European neo-Nazis manages to acquire a nuclear device from a downed Israeli fighter jet and plans to smuggle it into America and detonate it while Jack Ryan (Ben Affleck) is tasked with sizing up the newly-appointed Russian President. However, his job becomes difficult when the nuclear device is smuggled into Baltimore during the Super Bowl with the American President in attendance. With little time to spare, Jack Ryan must locate the nuke and stop the terrorists before they end up starting World War III.
