Robert F. Chew, the actor who played Proposition Joe on The Wire, passed away today. He was excellent in The Wire and I think he will be missed by many. Condolences to his family and friends.

Robert was one of the few members of the cast able to compete with Williams. His scenes were some of the few times where Omar didn't complete run away with the show.
