In the scene where he mentions "a pioneer in gamma radiation" who "vanished", who was he referring to? Can't be Banner, there's no way Selvig could e-mail him because Banner was in hiding and using the name Mr. Green. Can't be Pym because Henry Pym was a scientist who discovered Pym particles, and wasn't into gamma radiation.

So who the heck is it?

Im assuming it was Banner also.  They are trying very hard to create a cohesive universe for these movies and little things like that go a long way.
