2 star rating THE Screened Review by Mitch Salem

Unmemorable and Unnecessary Remake

Len Wiseman Director previously directed Live Free or Die Hard

In the 22nd Century where chemical warfare has destroyed much of the world, a lowly factory worker goes to a controversial new business to receive memories more lively than his own.

Trivia:

While it was eventually converted to 24fps for nationwide release, the film was shot in 48fps, ensuring perfect clarity and a reduction of motion blur.

Reference: Star Wars

Much of the production and costume design in TOTAL RECALL is inspired by that in STAR WARS. For example, the droids in Recall resemble Storm Troopers.
