Because there will never be a subject too specific for a motion picture, wheelchair ballroom dancing is now a movie theme. Also, lens flare.

I find it kinda strange that the previous directors credit that is advertised is "from the director of 'Desperately Seeking Susan' " but whatever I probably will not be watching anyway...
I like how they flash the title on there for half a second. I don't know why, but I find the title funny.
The negative thing I find about this movie isn't the subject matter, it's that it looks super cheesy and sentimental. Everyone in this movie will dance and fall in love with someone. It will no doubt end with all the side characters egging on the protagonist to propose to the girl on the dance floor.
Hollywood, where all wheelchairs are of the manual variety.
A movie about wheelchair ballroom dancing called Musical Chairs? XD
That has to be offensive to someone... :P
let us dance instead of watching this movie, feel the dancy dancy dance dance dance
@Mr. Kamikaze: Me. That's part of why I made that comment. Hollywood would have people believe that everyone in a wheelchair is either a) a depressed asshole suffering from a spinal cord injury, or b) a dying child.
I should clarify that I am in a wheelchair because of a form of Muscular Dystrophy. I've never taken a step in my life, and I don't particularly care if I ever do. I especially don't care if I ever dance because, frankly, I think it looks really fucking stupid. :-P
Did you know that "inspiring" dance stories only happen in an urban environment? I learned that in the movies.
"I'm dancing! I'm dancing!" I don't know where I heard that but it's just keep repeating in my head while I watch this.
This looks pretty bad...
