File this under "Wow, I didn't see that coming": Deadline Hollywood is reporting that Megan Fox has been removed from the production of Transformers 3 at the behest of Michael Bay, presumably to be replaced by a new love interest for Shia Labeouf. This isn't entirely surprising, considering that the pair had been engaged in some less-than-playful jabs at each other through the press, with Fox claiming that she was worried about skin cancer from the amount of tanning she had to do to keep Bay happy, and then losing the Godwin award by claiming that Bay was "like Hitler" on set. 
 
Now that Michael Bay has not only let the other shoe drop, but forcefully slammed it directly into her career, it'll be quite curious to see where Fox goes from here. There's a million young, attractive actresses out there who would kill for the kinds of chances that Fox has been given, so one would think that she would've seen the benefit of keeping her mouth shut, but at the same time it's always refreshing to see someone speak their mind instead of offering up the pablum that normally comes out of Hollywood stars' mouths. 
 
Does this make you look forward to Transformers 3 more or less?

I don't find her attractive. It's like too much spicy, a little is good, but too much is too much.

Amazingly, Megan Fox's acting was the least of Transformers 2's problems.

Dude, that's crazy if they actually go through with this! She's the eye candy, the face and no doubt the biggest star (besides Shia) to come out of that film franchise, and for Bay to just drop such an integral star from the series like that shows that they really, REALLY had their differences. 
 
Still, Fox or no Fox, Transformers 3 will be garbage. 

Now there is NO reason to reason to see this movie.

Probably more excited in light of this news. And I didn't hate Jennifer's Body, but I think that is largely due to Amanda Seyfried and Diablo Cody. Megan Fox can fade away, don't care one bit.

Ha!  These were the twins Michael Bay was talking about!  Sometimes my sarcasm is accidentally accurate...

Won't make any difference to the quality of the film but it's still nice to see arrogant bitches not get hired.

I'm sad to see her go. Especially after the incredibly powerful love story in TF2 with them confessing their love for each other at the end of the film.

I think that this will work out better for both of them... or perhaps a number of times worse.

I think that if you say that your boss is "like Hitler" you're gonna get fired no matter how many prepubescent boys go to see your movies.
 
Good riddance, I say. Though I doubt it will help make Transformers 3 any better, really.

At first, I was like HELL YEAH, but then I remember the fact that they're actually making Transformers 3. Gotta be one hell of a replacement though to make me watch it.

oh NO! i enjoyed the Transformers movies, they're enjoyable and fun.  This is bad news for the movie, idc what anyone says about her, Megan Fox is sexy as hell, and a decent actor. 
 
overall, disappointed.

Transformers isn't about these actors anyway.

Remember when Transformers was about the Transformers?

 Megan Fox was the only reason I was even considering watching another Transformers  movie. Even then, that won't stop me from regretting wasting 2.5 hours of my life.
