Skids and Mudflap: Worst Transformers characters? Or WORSTEST Transformers characters? By all accounts, this jive-talking twosome is what put the already unbearable Revenge of the Fallen into seppuku-committing territory. Ever since their inauspicious debut, I imagine that any fan of these movies has been kept up nights, sweating in their Transformers footie pajamas with rapt anticipation of what fate would befall them in the upcoming third film. Well, soil yourselves no more, because Michael Bay has come down from Mount Explosion just long enough to post on his personal web forum about what you can expect from these guys in the future.

 

The Twins are not back in T3.

I dunno. I definitely hated the living hell out of these guys in Transformers 2, but by the same token, that movie assaulted my brain from so many different directions that I couldn't really bring myself to get up in arms about their way-racist personalities. What do you think? You gonna miss these guys and their pointless breakdancing? Or is this the first news you've heard that might make you actually excited about another Transformers movie?

Finally, they got rid of the Racism-bots! 

Looks like they will be gimped, just like Jar Jar was for Episode 2.

I never really considered them racist myself but whatever. They still were pretty uninteresting characters by any account. What shocks me most is that T3 is in the works, feels like T2 came out only last month for some reason :S

Had almost zero interest in the second Transformer movie so I can't see myself getting overexcited for the third. 

Yeah, But just slightly more excited...

I loved the first one, but 2 was a yawn for me. seriously, i fell asleep 30 minutes into the "climactic" desert scene. anyway, the wayans bros. bots were way too over the top and blatant, glad they're gone but i really don't even care if the 3rd installment blows itself up....which its bound to do with Michael Bay's direction

The only thing that would make me excited for Transformers 3 is if it gets leaked that LaBeouf gets stabbed in the heart in the middle of it, and there's no ridiculous robot ghosts to revive him. Also, less dog humping would be nice.

Aside from the nerve-niggling racism, what always flabbergasted me about those two was that they were teamed-up with the only character in the TF films that did not need any "comedic" relief. 
 
Good riddance! Now let's hope Michael Bay nixes himself for the 4th.

Could Bay promise he's not back for 3?

Transformers 3?! Ugh...

good riddance now can he also promise to cut the unnecessary arse and balls humour? i don't need to see a man in his jockstrap or a pair of wrecking balls the represent testicles. 
 
T2 was a giant mess..the only new character I had any interest in had all of one line before coping a missile to the head. That of course being the motor bike triplets. We go to this movie to see giant mofo robots beating the hell out of each other not to have some poor humour rammed down our throats..funnily the first film was funny without any of the crap that was in the second..Michael Bay..if it feels like you're pushing for the laughs..then you are. 

I don't knwo what I hate more, that Michael Bay is making ANOTHER awful Transformers movie, or that he's calling it "T3". That whole taking the first letter, adding the number and calling it a title thing pisses me off.

I liked them. Probably because I liked Bad Boys. I always saw them as Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.

Yes, yes, that's all well and good, but does this mean their rights have been signed over to Transmorphers 3, instead?
 
PS: The possiblity of a third Transmorphers is the only thing that Transformers 3 has gotten me excited for.
